Armando Huerta Death Threats

Do you know how much shit I went through to reclaim Armando Huerta’s name?

That was Me back in 2002 while Armando was still in Mexico. At one point I was receiving death threats on a daily basis from this guy, who is Ricky’s manager (the guy who was stealing Armando’s pin-up art paintings, painting over his signature with his own and claiming to be the artist). Armando was sending this fool in Florida his paintings and not getting paid. I found his work through Ricky’s website and then exposed and humiliated him. I was interviewed by The Comics Journal (“Bad Girls and Bad Blood: The Dark Side of Indy Comics”) after I showed the art world who the real artist was. I then flew Huerta to the US in 2003, reclaimed his name and transformed him into a pin-up god. The idiot who was given permission by Armando to handle his art after he died told Me that he doesn’t know who I am. Bitch, I used to cook for him and wash his dirty underwear!
